I would not be doing my due diligence if I didn’t add a few caveats. It’s the physician in me, I suppose.

I strongly advise that you seek evaluation first by an addiction specialist or other healthcare provider knowledgeable about your particular addiction and continue close follow-up with him or her. This addiction relief energy work MUST be repeated as needed.  In the case of heroin and other opiates, it’s critical that if you slip up, you do NOT go to the last dose you used because having been off of opiates for a while, your body will no longer be able to tolerate that high dose.
