I just wanted to give you an update. I know it’s just the beginning and I’m very excited to see the full outcome of the Atlantis Scalar work. For one, habits are a little harder to break. Let me explain, my 3 boys and hubby are SUCH a handful and most of the time I’m in flight or fight mode. I’m ashamed to admit that I’m very quick to react. With that being said, my children were being their usual loud selves and I reacted and as usual told them to stop because at this point I’m usually annoyed and pissed at them for fighting for everything. The thing is that it felt a little silly, bc in reality I wasn’t as annoyed or even as upset as I usually am but still told them to shut it out of habit. I’m working on that but that was such an eye opening situation. I know I have enough energy to get me through the day like a normal person should be. I don’t find the need to come home and lay down for the rest of the day. I’m a super laid back person so I still took time to relax but I cooked and still washed my dishes and made time for my kids, then my hubby. The days are so much better and lighter, I don’t feel as anxious or pessimistic as before. Just wanted to say thank you to you, Erik and the team!
